The facades of the Saint Croix hotel and hospital in Valdebebas are closed.

The works on the Hotel Melia Innside Valdebebas and the Sanitas Valdebebas Hospital, promoted by Saint Croix HI, are on track to finish on time.
The façade envelope has been completed in both works with the following deadlines:

The Hotel Melia Innside Valdebebas, completed its façade envelope with respect to the structure completion date in 38 calendar days. The end date for the prefabricated façade was 17 September of this year.

In its case, the Sanitas Valdebebas Hospital completed its façade closure with respect to the end date of the structure (including courtyards) in 92 calendar days. The end date for the prefabricated façade was 24 November.
