80% of the CELES building is now being rented

Over the last few weeks we have closed renting contracts on 80% of the CELES office building.

Grupo Planeta, with well-known brands such as La Razón, Editorial Planeta and Casa del Libro, and the restaurant chain Deliquo of Sacyr, S.A. will be the new tenants of our building.

The building was opened last year and was named “Celes” as a tribute to Celestino Martín, board member of Saint Croix HI and financial director of COIVISA.

The property was renovated in collaboration with Touza Arquitectos for the design and interior design, and was very well received by operators and sales representatives.
