Ecoalf is the new leaseholder of Gran Vía 1.

Saint Croix HI welcomes ECOALF as a new client of the company in our building on Gran Vía 1 in Madrid. We also thank aProperties, who acted as an intermediary, for their collaboration.
Ecoalf, the Spanish company specialising in sustainable fashion, has chosen Gran Vía 1 in Madrid for their new offices. Until now, Ecoalf’s headquarters were at Calle Génova 20. They have transferred right to the heart of Madrid, to a space consisting of 948 metres squared.
