Marco Colomer Barrigón is the Chairman and Managing Director of Grupo Pryconsa, a group of property and construction companies. Founded in 1965, Pryconsa is one of the most important groups in the sector, among the leaders in rental property management and urban planning management, providing comprehensive property services of every kind including housing cooperative management, and is involved in developing renewable energies in Spain and abroad.
He is also Chairman of Grupo Coivisa, which is also a group of property development and construction companies that also manage rental property. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Isla Canela, S.A., a company specialising in property development and urban planning management within the tourism sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Studies from ICADE and is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.

He has been a Board member of other companies in different industries, including the food industry (from 1985 to 1990), such as Jamones de Montánchez (Jamosa), Icomost and Vegajardin; he was a member of the Board of Banco Popular Español from 1989 to 1991; and a member of the Global Advisory Council for investors of Chase Manhattan Private Bank, now J. P. Morgan.

José Luis Colomer Barrigón holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Philology from the University of Salamanca, a doctorate in Comparative Literature from the University of Bologna, and a Bachelor’s degree in History of Art from the Sorbonne. He has held research scholarships in the Collège de France in Paris, the Warburg Institute in London, and the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton.

After teaching Spanish literature and history as a senior lecturer at the University of Lyon 2 (1993-1998), he became a member of Casa de Velázquez in Madrid (2000-2002) and took part in projects with the Public Corporation for Spanish Cultural Action Abroad (SEACEX). In 2005 he became the Director of the Centre for Hispanic European Studies (CEEH), a private body which carries out cultural initiatives – publications, documentaries, conferences and exhibitions – to promote Hispanic Studies internationally. His publications have mainly examined the Spanish presence in 17th century Europe and cultural relations between Spain and Italy. 
This research has earned him the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. José Luis Colomer is the Chairman of the Pryconsa Foundation, which works in collaboration with other bodies or on its own initiative in social and cultural projects in Spain.

In addition, José Luis Colomer Barrigón, as a Director of a large number of companies, has developed knowledge and skills and has sufficient experience in accounting, administration and annual accounts.

Juan Carlos Ureta is the Chairman of Renta 4 Banco, specialising in asset management, capital markets and business funding. Renta 4 Banco is the only bank specialising in asset management to be traded on the Spanish Stock Exchange. He holds a Diploma in Financial Law from the University of Deusto (Bilbao). He qualified as a Public Prosecutor, currently non-practicing, in 1980 and as a stockbroker at the Madrid Stock Exchange in 1986, graduating top of his class. Chairman of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts, Chairman of the Financial Studies Foundation, Member of the Board of Directors and the Permanent Committee of the Governing Body of the Madrid Stock Exchange since 1989.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Securities Clearing and Settlement Service (Iberclear) from 1996 to 2003. He was also Chairman of Iberclear in 2002. Member of the Board of Directors of BME (Bolsas y Mercados Españoles), the holding company covering all Spanish stock exchanges and clearing and settlement systems, from 2002 to 2006. Member of the Board of Directors of Indra Sistemas from 1998 to 2007. Member of the Advisory Board of Lucent Technologies in Spain from 1996 to 2001. Member of the Advisory board of ING Direct. Consultant to various Spanish and foreign business groups, and author of many published works specialising in legal and financial matters. In addition, he takes part of the Board of Directors in Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, S.A.

Mónica Quesada Herrero is Chief Executive Officer of the Group Pavasal, a company dedicated to the sector of construction based in Valencia (Spain) and incorporated in 1947. She holds different positions of Director in companies of the mentioned Group, such as Edifesa Obras y Proyectos, S.A, Edificación Logística e Industrial, S.L. and others. She got degree in Business and Administration by the University of Valencia (1997). After that she got a graduate in Economics at the same University (2000). She also has a Master Graduate Programme in Economics, Finance and Management (GPEFM) by la Universidad Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona (2005).

She has been teaching as a lecturer in the Department of Applied Economics and Mathematics in the Faculty of Economics of the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona as well as in the Department of Mathematics at the School Superior of Civil Engineers at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She belongs to the Board of different Valencian Foundations as the Foundation of Stock Exchange and Financial Studies, the Foundation Universidad de Valencia – Empresa (ADEIT) and the Cañada Blanch Foundation. She is a member of the Círculo de Empresarios de Madrid.

Irene Hernández Álvarez is a Founding Partner of Impulsa Capital, a company specialized in offering corporate financial advisory services in the private equity / venture capital segment. Impulsa Capital advises companies and / or their shareholders in operations to increase capital, substitute investors, MBOs, obtain subordinated debt or in the sale of companies; also advises private equity / venture capital funds in the search for investment commitments, as well as in investments or disinvestments. In addition, Impulsa Capital is a Registered Advisor of the MAB, being able to advise companies to be listed in that market. Previously, he worked at JP Morgan from 1987 to 2001 in the area of investment banking; since 1995, he worked in the IPO department, first for companies in Latin America, from New York, and after that managing the unit in Spain.

Degree in Business Administration from ICADE, was an extraordinary end-of-career award and second national award in Economics. She is a founding member of the ICADE Business Club, forming part of its Executive Committee since its foundation and participating in different teaching activities aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition, she takes part of the Board of Directors (independent member) in Elecnor, S.A. and Ence, S.A. and in the Audit Commissions in both companies.
