Saint Croix Holding Immobilier achieves an ebitda of more than 20.6 million up to September, a 4% year-on-year increase

Saint Croix Holding Immobilier achieved an EBITDA of more than 20.6 million euros in the first three quarters of this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 4%, as reported by the socimi to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).

Saint Croix’s revenues exceeded 23.9 million euros between January and September 2024, an increase of 1% compared to the same period last year. Specifically, the hotel segment increased its revenues by 9% year-on-year and the office area grew in revenues by 1%. On the other hand, commercial assets reduced their revenues by 4% due to the effect of the refurbishment of the Sexta Shopping Centre in Madrid, which will be ‘fully operational’ in the first quarter of 2025.

At 30 September this year, the company’s properties, whose gross market value exceeds 786.6 million euros, had an occupancy rate of 85%, which represents an increase of two percentage points compared to 31 December last year. However, in the statement sent to the CNMV, Saint Croix Holding Immobilier states that ‘occupancy levels are still below target due to the refurbishment of the Sexta Avenida shopping centre and the office acquisitions made in 2023 (Julián Camarillo 19 and 21)’.
