Saint Croix Holding Immobilier begins work on the Melia Innside Valdebebas hotel and the new Sanitas hospital

A few months ahead of schedule, Saint Croix HI, Socimi of the Pryconsa Group, has begun construction work on both the Meliá Innside Valdebebas Hotel and the new Sanitas hospital located on the adjacent plot.

The plots are located in a strategic location in the Valdebebas neighbourhood, next to the “Puente de la Concordia”, which provides immediate access to Terminal 4 of Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport and 5 minutes from IFEMA and 10 minutes from Plaza de Castilla.

The complex is being developed by Saint Croix HI, the socimi of the Pryconsa group, with the latter acting as project manager for the construction process.

The Hotel Meliá Innside Valdebebas has 273 rooms and all services, as well as an annex space for a multi-purpose Convention and Events Centre of more than 4,500 m².

The Sanitas Hospital will have a wide range of services and three reference units: an Advanced Oncology Institute with the latest radiotherapy technology; a service for mental health care, and an advanced rehabilitation centre for treatment and comprehensive recovery.
