Saint Croix has leased the building at 14 Arapiles Street in Madrid to Grupo Planeta, where it will house the UNIE.

THE SAINT CROIX SOCIMI HANDS OVER TO GRUPO PLANETA THE BUILDING AT C/ARAPILES 14, IN MADRID TO HOUSE THE NEW HEADQUARTERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS UNIVERSITY (UNIE) CAMPUS

After completing the refurbishment and implementation works within the planned timeframe, Saint Croix H.I., a Socimi of the Pryconsa Group, has handed over the building at Calle Arapiles 14 in Madrid to Grupo Planeta, to house the new main headquarters of the Universidad Internacional de la Empresa (UNIE).

For the execution of the work, Saint Croix has contracted the services of CBRE-Building Consultancy, which has acted as main contractor and project management.

The building, located at Calle Arapiles 14 in Madrid, in the heart of the Chamberí district, consists of 6,777 square metres of floor space, spread over 8 floors and a basement for associated uses. As is the company’s policy, the new building is in the process of completing the procedures to obtain the BREEAM environmental sustainability seal.

The UNIE University is the only one created by a private business group. It offers in Madrid an official academic offer connected with the contemporary social and economic reality, understanding the value of competent, motivated and trained people allowing a better insertion in the world of work.
