Saint Croix acquires an office building in MadBit

SAINT CROIX has today formalised the acquisition of an office building located at calle Julián Camarillo 19 and 21 in Madrid, in the well-known ‘MadBit’ technology district.
It is a ‘Grade A’ office complex with 13,986 m2 of leasable area and 328 parking spaces that meets the most demanding standards in the area and has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment that has earned the complex the prestigious LEED Gold sustainability seal.
