Innside by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas: new enclave of art, culture and sustainability in the capital city

The new Innside by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas celebrated its inauguration with an event dedicated to Madrid’s culture and art, bringing together more than 200 guests and prominent institutional and business figures. With the slogan ‘Madrid, my muse’, the hotel wanted to pay tribute to the essence of the capital, showing its most dynamic and creative side through painting, music, gastronomy and cinema. During the evening, live works by artists such as Cachetejack, whose reinterpretation of Velázquez’s Las Meninas captivated the audience, as well as enjoying a DJ Set with representative tracks from the Madrid music scene and projections of film sequences portraying emblematic corners of the city. The gastronomic offer did not go unnoticed either, as tapas inspired by the traditional ‘castiza’ tradition were served, designed to delight all palates.

Located in Valdebebas, an area in full urban expansion and with great attention to sustainable urban planning, Innside by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas is presented as a new reference for both the business traveller and for those looking for charming accommodation in a modern environment and connected to innovation. Its proximity to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and IFEMA reinforces its appeal, while its commitment to culture and design is reflected in its 273 rooms and in common spaces carefully conceived to host artistic expressions and provide memorable experiences for guests.

Among the personalities present at the event were Gabriel Escarrer, president and CEO of Meliá Hotels International, and Marco Colomer, president and CEO of Grupo Pryconsa, who underlined the strategic importance of this project to boost the growth of the area. Thus, together with the opening of a nearby hospital planned for the summer, the hotel reinforces the integral development of Valdebebas. As an example of its lifestyle approach, Innside by Meliá Madrid Valdebebas offers two new gastronomic concepts -Yatta and Sideral- which, with their culinary proposals and privileged views, aspire to become points of reference for lovers of good food, fun and spectacular views of the capital.
